Support the customer in operation of MES IBM SiView, handover of customization and support activities to new resources, and Go-Live of new interface between customer`s ERP and SiView MES.
– Single point of contact for the 2nd Level Support as well as the coordination with
the 2nd Level Support (from customer side) and emergency escalation.
– Support the 2nd Level Support with the recovery of the production system configuration
after exchange of defect parts (complete HW system, hard disk or interface card etc.)
– Analysis of problems according to their severity and recovery and resolution
of production critical errors based on the 2nd Level Support problem report.
– Test and introduction of changes based on user requests and software system enhancements.
– Test of the software system – and operating system-fixes on application and operating system level.
-Installation of such fixes on the servers or rather the root directory for client installation
including all necessary software correction in SiView and related utilities.
– Implementation of necessary changes, fixes in coordination with customer
– Train resources for future customization, operation and maintenance
